Pack Your Products
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are secured to prevent leaks during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
